1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product packaging was tampered with before delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in its original packaging

• Clear photos or videos must be shared as proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Replacement will be arranged (if applicable), or

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

• In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
